At QS, you'll be responsible for implementing real change in the international higher education landscape, full of exciting and interesting challenges where you can drive positive impact across the business.

**The role**

This role will report into the Regional Director, APAC.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Managing the student recruitment channels and staff in Vietnam
- B2B support with education agencies
- Student engagement and activation
- Supporting QS online or offline events in the region
- Deliver in-person and online presentations for students and parents, to inspire students in curating their college aspirations
- Counsel prospective students through their university enrolment journey
- Work closely with regional leaders and colleagues to identify and stay on top of industry trends and new students' opportunities

**Key skills and experience**:
**Demonstrated knowledge and experience**
- 7+ years' experience in sales and customer service, with a significant number of years in the International Education and management
- Experience of managing people
- Expertise in institutions, admissions requirements, and visa processes for major study destinations
- Experience working with an educational agency and/or international institutions and/or Pathways Provider as a representative
- Experience prospecting and qualifying student inquires using local knowledge
- Experience delivering high levels of customer service to recruitment partners, students, and families
- Knowledge of the international education industry, local high school networks, local universities, and education agents in your territory

**Technical skills and qualifications**
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to work across cultures and languages
- Advanced English skills are a must
