- Manage customer relationships & customer key performance; monitor planning board and order confirmations with the target of achieving the sales and profitability targets.
- Enhance the company’s image within and outside the group.
- Recommend to the BOD on investments for future technology needs, modernization, and expansion.
- Monitor future orders to ensure plant runs at full capacity.
- Monitor factory performance through customer feedback to ensure quality standards and delivery deadlines
- Review profitability of product categories, delivery performance, and manufacturing capacity for seasons to take necessary actions timely.
- Recruit suitable and competent members, to ensure building up a competent team for business requirements.
- Manage and develop team by identifying training needs, implementing individual development plan, performance appraisal, and promotion.
- Implement and improve system to ensure it is operated effectively and efficiently.
- Other tasks as assigned by superior.

**Requirement**:

- Gender: Male/ Female; Age: 40 - 55 years old
- Graduated from university or higher.
- About 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar position at garment companies.
- Good knowledge of merchandising manual, market trends for garments, client requirements & logistic.
- Fluent in English.
