General Sales Support

Reports to:

Commercial Operations Leader


The General Sales Support is overall responsible for carrying out general activities to support the execution of sales activities, sale processes, tasks, projects.

He/ she has a specialized level of skill to perform analysis as part of assigned tasks and specialized theoretical knowledge of main sales processes and tools and the surrounding organization.

Require own interpretation and analysis the assignments are stated only in general terms.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Provide all general support to the Sales departments, for example:
  • Provide documents support for tender to channel partner/ customer ex LOA, letter as per sale process.
  • Provide documents as per PO and contracts.
  • Support sale department to work with channel partner to arrange MPR, QPR, APR, prepare agreement and/ or letter with compliance and process adherence.
  • Responsible for documents quality check in general information,
  • Prepare NDA/ quotation/ proposal in direct customer if required.
  • Executions tasks to support sale department if assigned.
  • Clean order provides to Order management (GBS).
  • Main contact point for sale order from local sale operation department
  • End to end process responsibility of sale order from order to sale recognitions by follow up the orders, working with other functions/ department during the sale execution.
  • Sale process adherence and strictly compliance adherence
  • Ensure all the prepared documents with quality,
  • Able to drafts limited continuous improvement projects within one commercial unit.
  • Introduces new supporting process activities.
  • Respond to external/internal requests for information.
  • Decides on the desirability of using and making (administrative) tools.
  • Provide data to support analysis is required.
  • Ensure data quality provided to GBS.
  • Support continuous improvement of the sales processes. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.

Education & Experience:

  • University degree
  • 23 years minimum of related experience
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language.
  • Certified LEAN basic
  • Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.
