**About the Role**

The role of the General Accountant is to manage the production of accounting records and the production of financial statements and Cash Flow reports within the Source of Asia group of companies.

The General accountant will manage a team of 2 to 3 people, including the AP, AR Accountant, and Accounting assistant, and will report to the Finance and Accounting Manager. He /She will naturally interact with other services, the BOM, and the CFO.

Since the company recently implemented an ERP and financial data are also flowing through the accounting system from the operation and HR, who records sales, some operation expenses, and payroll, the General/Chief accountant will have regular cross-functional interaction with other services.
- **Accounting**:

- Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded exhaustively, timely, and accurately.
- Ensure all accounting processes follow the accounting standard operating procedures of the company.
- Supervise bank reconciliation.
- Supervise approval expenses and revenue recognition/invoicing.
- Originate e-invoice.

**2. Reporting**
- Prepare monthly closing plans.
- Prepare Monthly Financial Statement
- Provide preliminary analysis (Under the Guidance of AFM, CFO, and BOM) --- A closing Checklist is provided.
- Collect cash flow data and prepare Cash Flow reports.
- Send the weekly cash flow to BOM.

**3. Tax**
- Prepare, train, review, and submit VAT/PIT/FCT/CIT and other tax correspondences to the tax authority.

**4. Others**
- Work with independent auditors during the audit process.
- Other tasks are assigned by Directors.

**Job Requirements**
- Accounting BA background.
- VAS / IFRS knowledge
- 5 to 6 years experience in the accounting profession, with at least 2 years as a General Accountant
- ERP experience with Microsoft or ODOO
- Excel proficiency
- English communication
- Adaptive, detail-oriented, and careful.

**Salary**: From 30,000,000₫ per month
