- **Responsibilities**:_
- Oversee the entire factory function, ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration among different departments to optimize production processes and meet customer demands.
- Design and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve company goals.
- Direct the Sales Manager to motivate the sales department and optimize sales strategies to maximize revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to maintain strong relationships with existing customers and explore opportunities for business expansion.
- Understand and analyze product costs, working closely with the finance team to ensure profitability and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to assess product costs, quality, and feasibility, ensuring efficient and cost-effective production.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize financial performance.
- Develop and implement policies and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Foster a productive and motivated work environment, ensuring employee development and professional growth.
- Lead the recruitment and training of new employees to build a skilled and efficient team.
- Direct the employee assessment process to ensure performance standards are met.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management to provide updates on business operations and performance.
- Provide effective solutions to address challenges, such as profit decline, employee conflicts, or loss of business to competitors.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback, and implementing process enhancements to drive operational excellence.
- **Requirements and Skills**:_
- **Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role, preferably within the manufacturing industry and sourcing company, trading business**:

- Strong background in **planning and budgeting**, with the ability to effectively manage financial resources. Highly prefer sales & marketing experience
- Knowledge of various business processes and functions, including finance, HR, procurement, and operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and industry insights.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
