. Sales Driven
- Develop new business clients utilizing a professional and confident sales and relationship style in the North of Vietnam, esp. Hanoi market.
- Manage existing B2B corporate client accounts, build professional relationships, and develop additional business opportunities.
- Participate in weekly and other key strategic meetings where your opinion will count.
- Sales data analysis in terms of sales revenue, client’s trend & related reports
2. Hanoi team management
- Lead the Hanoi Sales team, drive the recruitment, management and morale of the Hanoi team
Help with forecasting & tracking the Hanoi Market
- Support team members in selling activities & maintaining the relationship with clients
- Support team member with company policy and operations in relation to Quotations/ Contracts/ Pricing Policy/ Other related activities
- Be involved in training & developing team members.
Support the merchant team when need be
Attend virtually and on occasions in person the fortnightly senior management meetings, share ideas and updates
Create and maintain relationships with marketing, CS, operations, product development, merchant, people culture and finance teams.
Play apart in the ongoing growth and development of Got It
3. Other
- Be involved in exciting innovations and launches other tasks assigned by Director of Sales

Good knowledge in digital gifting industry; product development, innovative product, business development and operation management
Target planning & organizing skill
Good at analysis, problem solving and decision making

A team-player and a good leader
Good command of English is an advantage.
