**Responsibilities Overview**:
The Sales B2B Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing business-to-business (B2B) clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business clients. The Sales B2B Executive will develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market research, and ensure customer satisfaction to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and preferences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
- Successful implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- Ensure that all contracts and agreements are compliant with company policies and regulations.
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Successful implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Client retention rates and satisfaction levels.
- Positive feedback from clients and internal teams.

**2. Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing B2B clients
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sales support.
- Handle any issues or complaints from clients promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of Sales B2B experience in the FMCG industry.
- Familiar with the Domestic market.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong problem solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and withstand pressure.
- Experience with social media and CRM platforms preferred.
- Having experience in Customer Service and Human Nutrition sales is an advantage.
- English proficiency.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
