- Do market research, approach B2B customer (health and beauty) to make collaboration plans.
- Communicate with internal team and customer to make marketing plans
- Follow up the progress of signing contract, order, delivery and customer service
- Make sure that goods will be delivered to customer on time from warehouse
- Monitorcustomer performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and manage relationships withexiting customers, approach new customer
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
