B2b Business Sales Manager

At Cho Tot, we aspire to make secondhand the first choice by delivering a reliable and effective recommerce platform for millions of Vietnamese to buy and sell used items. We are hiring for a B2B Business Sales Manager / Team Leaders to develop and manage groups of B2B buyers (bulk buyers / clients) that drive revenue and market share growth for the company. The role reports to the General Manager of Vietnam.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B businesses and clients to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage sales agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, marketing, and product development, to ensure the successful execution of our sales plan.
- Analyze sales performance and develop strategies to improve performance and increase profitability.
- Manage buyers' inquiries and resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
- Prepare reports and analytics to measure the success of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications and competencies**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- You are fluent in English.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B business, management or a related role in a Recommerce or Mobile or Electronic industry. Experience in the Mobile industry is a big plus.
- Street smart & comfortable working with traditional buyers, maybe even outside HCM.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
