**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
**Sales Management (30%)**:
- Weekly & Monthly Sales/Marketing reporting to RHQ Team
- Sales alignment between RHQ and Vietnam office.
- Lead Customer Management activities (Customer visits, Customer profile, credit information)
- Collaborate with RHQ to set yearly Sales Target and report on sales achievement
- Supporting existing GAM accounts in Vietnam
- Setting Regional and local strategies on achieving expected target
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
**Business Development (40%)**:
- Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.
- Develops and implements strategies for sales in an assigned region or industry.
- Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.
- Periodically prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads to manager.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
**Marketing (30%)**:
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies with RHQ.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Preparing and presenting Monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
**Job Requirement**:
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical /Business Administration
- Preferably 3 years or longer of experience in semiconductor or electronics industry
- At least 1 years of track record in a Sales Management capacity
- Preferably some experience in distribution management or B2B sales industry
- Excellent written and spoken English
