**Job Scope(s)**:
**Reception: (60%)**
- Greeting and welcoming visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- _Đón và chào khách khi họ đến văn phòng_
- Collect information of coming guest
- _Thu thập thông tin của khách hàng tới làm việc_
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and departments
- _Hướng dẫn khách đến đúng người và phòng ban cần liên hệ _
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail/ letter in the building
- _Tiếp nhận và chuyển phát thư đến và đi trong tòa nhà_
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- _Đảm bảo khu vực lễ tân gọn gàng và sạch sẽ_
- Manage & booking the meeting room.
- _Quản lý và sắp xếp phòng họp_

**Administration: (40%)**
- Prepare bills and made payments for offices expenses.
- _Chuẩn bị hóa đơn và chứng từ thanh toán chi phí văn phòng_
- Support for building management and maintenance work
- _Hỗ trợ quản lý và bảo trì toàn nhà_
- Research, purchase (cleaning equipment/paper/ water, etc.) and control office supplies to minimize costs
- _Tìm kiếm, mua sắm (trang thiết bị vệ sinh, VPP, v.v.) và quản lý nguồn cung văn phòng _
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager
- _Các công việc khác được sếp trực tiếp phân công _

**Requirement(s**_**)**_
- At least 1-2 year(s) of experience in Admin or related positions
- Ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm ở các vị trí Admin hoặc các vị trí liên quan.
- Good appearance and can-do attitude
- Ngoại hình tốt và thái độ sẵn sàng làm việc
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh
- Familiar with office equipment (photocopier, printer, telephone, etc.)
- Biết sử dụng các thiết bị văn phòng (máy photocopy, máy in, điện thoại, v.v.)
- Organization and communication skills
- Kỹ năng sắp xếp và giao tiếp

**Working place**: 44B Nguyen Van Troi, ward 15, Phu Nhuan district, HCMC

**Working hours**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 12:00 & 13:00-17:00
