As the Office Administrator cum HR Assistant, you will be responsible and ensure the overall smooth and well operation of office on daily basic and support some relevant tasks of HR department smoothly.

Office Administration (80%): be responsible for proposing administrative plan, arranging, organizing, and monitoring the administrative tasks relevant to the company operation.
- Ensure day-to-day basic activities in the office will be operated smoothly, including office maintenance, office facilities, safety, aesthetics, cleanliness & security
- Handle and administrate the reception.
- Administrate the office supplies for current staffs and support the onboarding of new staffs to become fully integrated (which includes register motor parking, prepare working tools, name badge, business card, sim card, workstation, welcome kit etc.)
- Arrange visa, work permit, and temporary residence card and/or any administrative works
- Support preparing contract and perform payment for general office & HR expenses
- Arrange and provide services related to transportation for all staffs' business trip (such as company cars, taxi cards, air ticket ect.)Receptionist: answer, screen & transfer incoming phone calls, welcome & escort visitors
- Manage fixed assets including the process of tracking, monitoring, and overall managing the physical assets of FFVN's office and working tools. Ensure the process comes the management of an asset’s maintenance protocols, inventory levels
- Other duties as assigned

HR Assistant (20%):

- Propose, support, and implement the employee engagement activities
- Support employee branding activities and administrate the HR/ CRM systems
- Support to build and nurture the professional, friendly, mutually supportive working environment, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields, accounting background is a plus
- Neat style & elegant appearance
- Having experience in a similar position at other MNCs is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome if having relevant qualifications and good self-learning agility
- Good at Microsoft Office (Excel/ Words/ Power Point...) and system friendly
- Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented
- Possessing a strong sense of ownership and being accountable for missions, overcome challenges and difficulties to pursue the final goals
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good inter-personal skills and self-confidence
- Good oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
