- Manage switchboard - reception to meet of doing business with customer/partner/supplier to ensure communication thoroughly
- Doing of administrative tasks

[KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES]
- Purchase stationary, support to HR - Admin for rental office
- Purchase, supply and manage using of stationary in accordance with company regulations
- Contact with Vendor of stationary for

2. Manage and watch switchboard telephone
- Receiving call (take note phone call if any) and transfer to relevant others
- Manage switchboard as company regulations

3. Welcome guest
- Welcome and guide when customer visit company
- Take notice information and transfer to relevant others

4. Receiving and transfer official correspondence, mail, fax, documents
- Receiving the official correspondence, mail, fax, documentsfrom internal /external and transfer timely as required
- Update in-out correspondence book (Official correspondence, mail, documents, fax )

5. Manage office equipments
- Follow up the using of photocopy machine, paper cutter machine, and make sure it’s good condition (supervision of change ink and maintain)
- If there is any problem with office equipment, have to contact with Maintenance department, IT for solve

6. Manage meeting room and show room
- Manage schedule of meeting room
- Manage and make sure that meeting and reception area, show room always clean and clear

7. Other taks
- Typing, photocopy as requested
- Other task required by Line Manager indirectly and directly.

- BA degree
- At least 3 years working experience in Human Resources Management
- Good command of English
- Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Words, PowerPoint).
