- Craft Partner Catalogs, price lists, and reseller agreements in collaboration with the company’s HQ legal team, establishing a solid foundation for partnerships.
- Formulate margin and discount strategies, ensuring competitive pricing while nurturing trust and mutual growth.
- Identify gaps in the existing portfolio and suggest adoption strategies based on service requirements.
- Identify potential partners in line with the partnership strategy. Expand the network by forming alliances with System Integrators to enhance pre-sales and delivery support across various countries.
