Our client is a leading technology company, who is looking for a talent to join their firm:
Account Servicing and B2B Sales (70%)
- Address inquiries, provide quotes, and submit proposals.
- Follow up on the conversion and extension of quotations.
- Sustain contact health for VIPs in green (adding +5 contacts monthly).
- Regularly engage with all contacts in the account to maintain mindshare.
- Enhance revenue from existing clients efficiently.
- Establish long-term support contracts.
- Utilize existing contacts to discover new leads within the account.
- Introduce the company to new leads.

Project & Product Management (30%)
- Define and document project scope with customers.
- Manage customer interaction and oversee change management.
- Follow up on customer/student feedback.
- Identify and contract necessary partners for service delivery.
- Oversee projects/events at the location.
- Develop, customize, and/or enhance marketing material for platforms and services.
- Identify partners for strategic and scalable growth.
- Coordinate with the product development team on product improvements.

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Possess 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or project management. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken) for effective communication with global clients. Exhibit the ability to identify and cater to the unique needs of individual customers. Be a highly motivated and independent professional with keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Have prior experience in communicating with senior managers. Emphasize a results-oriented approach with a high focus on driving business results and achieving KPIs.
