**JOB DESCRIPTION OF COACHES - SALES MANAG**
**I. Objective**:
On behalf of the Cluster Manager, responsible for coaching RBO/ SRBO and support bancasurrance business in the assigned branches aiming to achieve bancasurrance business target.

**A. **Roles a **nd Responsibilities**
**1. **Sales Support Management**
- Drive Banca Productivity KPI for Referral model: CR, # Meet/ Active Ratio of RBO/SRBO.
- Work with Branch/Line Manager for target alignments, monthly/weekly Action Plans of Sales Activities and focus to drive production.
- Review pipeline of RBO/SRBO weekly to ensure adequate referrals as well as needed activities to convert referrals into deals.
- Join field work with RBO/ SRBO aiming at both improving sales skills for banker and accelerating production with significant cases.
- Support sales activities in branches (Group presentations in branches, case management)
- Collaborate with relevant parties to implement related sales activities effectively including communication and guideline for the business programs.
**2. **Training & Coaching**
- Provide on-job trainings on insurance sales skills, specialized knowledge, operation, etc. for RBO/ SRBO.
- Conduct enhanced/refresher workshops on products, skills and Manulife sales procedures for the assigned hubs on demand.
- Conduct performance coaching sections with prioritized RBO/SRBO on insurance products and sales skills to improve performance.
- Support TIS/RBO for weekly goal setting and activities planning
**3. **Business Planning & Strategy Execution**
- Work closely with CM and BD team to prepare activity plan on monthly basis.
- Implement the launches of business strategies and initiatives to TCB sales force: digital tool, ePolicies, new product launches, new platform, etc.
- Update and communicate for TIS/PRM new contests, campaigns (if any) from TCB HO
- Monthly review on quality report (active ratio, case/per active, case size, referrals, CR, etc) and set priority for the correction actions of next month.
**B. **Reporting lines**:
- Direct manager: Cluster Manager
- Reporting level: N/A
- Internal communication: Omni channel (frontline & business development), IB, Manulife UW/OP
**C. **Experiences and competencies**:
- Qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, Insurrance or related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year experience in the position of Regional Sales Manager/ Sales Manager (SM), preferable to those who has experience in bancasurrance sales management for referal business model.
- Practical understanding of retails banking operation from business development to sales management.
- Knowledge: Understanding of popular bank products including account, card, mobile banking, lending, etc.
- Foreign lanaguage: English language (TOEIC level 3 or higher).
- Other requirements: literacy on insuretech/ advisory apps.
