**Planning and Distribution Analyst**

Report to: _Sales Planning and Distribution Manager_
- **Required Education/ Background**:

- Graduated from university with major in business planning, business management or auditing in Big 4 company _
- Excellent at English in 4 skills. _
- Good understanding the competition in auto industry in Vietnam. _
- Good understanding the Vietnamese government's policy on tax & registration regarding the auto industry _
- Good understanding of Vietnamese consumer's buying behavior on automobile _
- Advance knowledge on automobile theory, market segmentation, competitors, fleet business and working principle _
- Understanding distribution & logistics process and lead time _
- Ability to think strategically _
- Practical experience in data analysis & research _
- Understanding of business plan _
- Be proactive on proposing the solution for sales planning _
- Strong capability to pay attention to detail _
- Self-motivated and high discipline on strict corporate process _
- Good teamwork sprit and independent to take ownership of job assignments. _
- Ability to work under high pressure _
- Open, forward-looking, optimistic _

- Good ability to process and analyze data._

**I. Distribution Analysis**

**1.1 Monitoring Wholesales availability (VOSR) in Month N**

Using system as the base to monitor the VOSR for Month N

Handling the Dealer transfer request consolidated by Sales Zone after lock date in the system

Monitoring the Wholesales Payment Plan with Sales Zone by consolidate, analyze and tracking plan versus actual

Daily Monitoring actual Dealer payment and doing shipping report

Working closely with MPL team, FVL & GBS Accounting team, IT team to secure Wholesales volume
- Following up with MPL for transportation status of vehicle paid
- Co-ordinate with FVL accounting team to do invoicing on time
- Working closely with India GBS accounting team to do Sales Order confirmation on time
- Coordinate with related teams to solve the issue about system issue, wrong invoice/customs declaration, tax

Head up management team to push Wholesales when seeing slow payment movement.

Working closely with MPL/ Customs on vehicle OK2S plan and supply vehicle on time to dealer to secure Wholesales Volume

**1.2 Monitoring Company stock and aging vehicles**

Monitoring actual company stock, propose action and head up management team when seeing the stock being sufficient/ run-out.

Be active on proposal to move vehicles between compounds in different regions

Consolidate Monthly Dealer stock deck

Doing aging report for OCM presentation

**1.3 Monitoring Retail reporting in Vista and Customer data**

Consolidating Vista Retail Reporting and provide this information to other related departments when needed

Manage dealer to follow Retail reporting in Vista system

Support dealer in Visa if needed (amend or cancel)

**1.4 Weekly & Monthly reports**

Stock deck

Monthly Retail reporting

Wholesales Payment status report

Daily shipping report

New car contract for FVL Employee

OCM aging report

Daily Wholesales availability retrieved from system

**II. Distribution Analysis**

**2.1 Industry and company sales planning**

Monitoring monthly sales program including industry
- segmentation forecast, Ford Sales, share, Company-Dealer stock projection

Preparing materials and analysis for monthly company sales and sales production program review

Support Brand manager in data analysis to develop Marketing and Sales plan

Doing SPCPS submission monthly by detail entity level

Getting involved in IPV and FPV development

Key contact with Regional Sales planning, Regional Allocation team (high executive level) for Sales program analysis, material submission & meeting requirement (included weekly sales report, 20 days report, aging stock report, MDR report, industry consensus report)

Advice & propose the solution for management team on sales planning matters.

**2.2 CBU importation monitoring**

Monitoring the CBU importation including forecasting, ordering, color change, build and shipment scheduling, invoice splitting, invoice correcting, port amendment to fit business requirement

Working with source on vehicles allocation development and control the changes.

Supervise and Monitor the arrival of CBU goods, build date plan in AAT and North America source

**2.3 Weekly & Monthly reports**

Monthly & weekly AP sales reports, AP order and traffic report submission.

Monthly Sales review

Weekly sales track

Aging stock report

Weekly OCM presentation.

Monthly BPR update

Daily sales report

Other reports regarding to Sales planning update

Mid-month and month-end sales consolidation.

Pro-active to foresee the risk & opportunity for sale number ahead

**2.4 **Provide training for FVL & Dealers staff about OTD and Distribution process**
