- Design sales force remuneration and tactical incentives to drive performance.
- Work closely with HR and Sales teams to align remuneration with business objectives
- Create distribution and sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Review and negotiate contracts with distribution channels.
- Report and analyze sales and market data on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, working with distribution channels to initiate improvement initiatives.
- Maintain internal and external stakeholder connections to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Inform stakeholders of critical developments and key performance indicators.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to build effective distribution channel plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules, and policies.
- Track life insurance technology, development, and government operations.
- Conduct trials, pilot projects, and regional roll-outs; advise and execute changes accordingly.
- Control budgets and spending related to distribution planning and sales strategy initiatives.
- Provide financial oversight and accountability for allocated resources.
