- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand the company's customer network.
- Be responsible for motivating the Sales team and ensuring sales goals.
- Prepare business results reports and be in charge of the accuracy of reports to BOD.
- Evaluate the level of competition and forecast industry-changing trends affecting sales activities to have appropriate response plans.
- Expand your network of customers, partners, suppliers,... and find opportunities to maximize value from those relationships.
- Build and develop training programs and sales guidance for new sales staff.

**Requirement**:

- Gender: Male.
- Graduate form University in related majors.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar position and at least 5 years in a Manager position in the W&D segment.
- Good knowledge of W&D, CC and able to deal with medium and big-size companies and complicated projects.
- Good command of English. Good at Chinese or Korean is an advantage.
