- Build the credibility of the portfolio in accordance with company's policies and local regulations by delivering (customer) value and become trusted partner for diverse group of healthcare professionals.
- Responsible for the planning and execution throughout the company's portfolio lifecycle, such as define the product vision, goal, objective, matric activities and working closely with sales, distributor and other support functions to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Achieve timely (monthly, quarterly or yearly) aligned objectives through tailor-made value offerings to direct & indirect influencing key accounts (e.g. hospitals, formularies, regional government; distributors - through close coordination with Pharma & Sales Team) within selected Therapeutic Areas and health needs.

**Experience requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience related marketing in MNC healthcare industry, at least 2 years as an associate product manager or marketing executive level.
- Prefer background: Healthcare nutrition/ OTC
- Good at English.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- A self-driven team player who possesses strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good organization, planning, problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Agility to learn and agility to change leadership style to adapt with the situation.

**Education requirements**:

- Pharmacist background
