Distribution Compliance Officer

**Purpose**
- An additional staff to handle the violations of agent, conduct on-site review and implement the compliance training program agency force.

**Organization Context**
- Support distribution compliance to investigate the agent violation cases and provide timely actions to minimize potential risk for the company.
- Monitoring compliance of agents in connection with the company policies and procedures as from time to time issued/amended/supplemented.
- Provide necessary training/sharing to agents as requested for compliance purposes.
- Provide monthly report on agency force’s violations and related on time.
- Establish and monitor the database and compliance system.
- Task assignment by head of Distribution compliance.

**Key accountabilities**
- Handle violation of agent, interview and provide cases assessment report.
- Work closely with agency force for purposes of monitoring agent compliance with the company regulations & guidelines.
- Provide professional advice and feedback in relation to agency force’s compliance.
- Handle all customer’s compliance against agency force.
- Handle and investigate violation case of agency force in a timely manner.
- Be able to organize/chair meetings and ensure to provide appropriate and efficient solutions for these cases.
- Be able to negotiate, be confident and implement during the process of investigation and handling violations.
- Understand company’s system and procedures of Compliance as well as related functions/departments so as to come up with accurate and appropriate solutions.
- Ensure customer benefits are protected.
- Prepare and submit department reports on time.
- Conduct onsite review agency force’s activities and compliance training at all sales offices.
- Co-ordinates to, report to IAV/MOF particularly relevant to agency compliance.
- Other tasks assignments by Head of compliance.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Law and/or Commerce, Economics)
- Having agency compliance experience in life insurance industry is a plus
- Good at drafting in English
- Fluent English and Vietnamese
- Microsoft office skills are compulsory requirement
- Knowledge and experience in investigate management
- Problem solving, analysis, negotiation & presentation skill
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
- Good report writing and communication skills
- Meet deadlines
- Availability to travel when required
- Good cooperation in communication during investigations and resolving problems
- Maintain harmonious relationship with colleagues and related departments
- Solution and decision are made in a timely and sensible manner.
