**Introduction**:
A leading player collaborating with global supply chains, offering a one-stop logistics service in returnable packaging, ecommerce services, media and print products for major brands with facilities spread across the Asia Pacific Rim. The Job is to be based in Vietnam (HCM)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and plan HR strategy, budget, and yearly activity.
- Lead the HR team to handle manpower planning & recruitment, learning & development, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits as well as payroll.
- Manage all staff attendance, leave, cohesion activity, and employee engagement programs.
- Manage corporate insurance to ensure valid coverage.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the organization.
- Ensure that all administrative functions, such as office management, facilities management, and vendor management, are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and managing service level agreements.
- Monitor and manage office expenses and budgets, ensuring that costs are minimized while maintaining high-quality operations.
- Ensure that the office is well-maintained, clean, and secure.
- Manage the organization's inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring that adequate supplies are always available.
- Develop and implement emergency and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a crisis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline
- 8 to 10 years of HR experience
- Experience in coordinating both internal and external stakeholders
- Mature and Independent
- Good command of English language
