Investment Development:
Identify and develop projects with immediate and future opportunities for rooftop solar solutions under power purchase agreements (PPA), and other initiatives to decarbonize the energy supply.Continuously seek and cultivate new business relationships with key decision makers in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) market.Independently search for projects under the guidance of a line manager and find ways to achieve set goals. Identify and analyze potential risks to recommend whether to proceed or not (GO/NO-GO).Assist team members in achieving their targets when necessary.Maintain transparency in financial matters during market promotion and the investment process, ensuring all reimbursements are legal and all expenses are reasonable.Uphold the highest business ethics in all dealings, especially with customers and clients.Marketing Development:Promote the COMPANY's brand publicly to maximize awareness of the COMPANY and its offerings.Report any negative publicity about the COMPANY to management promptly.Actively participate in various marketing activities organized by the COMPANY to maximize business opportunities.Regularly update the status of marketing, clients, and competitors, and contribute feasible plans to improve COMPANY performance.Maintain Customer Relationship:Develop new client relationships and maintain existing customer relationships.Engage in requirements analysis and evaluate the impact of presentation processes on customer experience.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies, trade shows, events, and chamberExperience Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years working in industrial segments, Preferably in an international context with international companies.
FDI Experience: Priority given to experience with Japanese and Korean Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
Language Skills: Proficiency in English as the working language is essential. Additional language skills in Japanese or Korean are highly preferred.
Client Base: Must have a substantial client base, especially with large commercial, industrial, and corporate accounts.
Networking and Customer Orientation: Strong networking skills and a customer-oriented approach. Willing to invest time with major clients and accounts and play a decisive role in key sales projects, including door opening, negotiating, and deal closing.
Personal Attributes: Result-oriented, responsible, and well-organized. Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative and strategic thinking to the role.
Mindset: Passionate and result-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record of achieving results.
