  • Presents new business proposals for major/strategic prospects, negotiate value, and address resistance in order to develop business.
  • Builds and maintains strategic partnerships with key customers (owners, real estate developers, consultants, contractors) and drive customer satisfaction
  • Develops & aligns operation process to optimum sales growth to assigned Accounts
  • In this role, he/she is a member of country leadership team and reports directly to Managing Director

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • 15+ years experience in sales in M&E with at least 35 years in similar senior roles.
  • Strong network of project customers including top/ big owners, developers, consultants, contractors.
  • Strong leadership, experience in dynamic, diverse team management, working cooperatively on crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately, under pressure, and handle multiple initiatives & projects
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and logical thinking skills along with thorough judgement to make strategic decisions
  • Knowledge of how to present ideas and strategies clearly to diverse audiences, leadership, and decision makers
  • Good command of English (both speaking and writing)
