Leads and directs team measures and actions to ensure qualification of Services and knowhow of products, system, and solutions. Leads Product Portfolio Management, Quality Management, Project Execution, to improve organizational performance (business excellence). Budgeting and Controlling Control cost, and profit for the Sales Operation. Directs and supervises realization (controlling).

Reporting structure In country manager:
Electrification and Automation Country Management Required Education /other required Experience Bachelor's degree in the relevant expertise/technical competencies. Ideally, electrical engineering degree or comparable. Strong financial & strategic skills and experience in managing a P&L. Strong sales operation management background, offering system and solution, project management skills Solution and Service experience would be beneficial. Experience in working in a multicultural organization and staff. Capable to guide team members to pursue common goals and to influence subordinates and peers with ideas and solutions.
