Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new key creator partners, maintaining and developing strategic plans to improve key creator partners' performance
  • Initiate, negotiate and execute exciting measurable partnership solutions in line with business objectives and strategy
  • Oversee and strategize music creators in collaboration with other crossfunctional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 35 years prior experience in the related scene and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships in the music industry.
  • Deep understanding of the music industry, especially partnership & licensing
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, problem solving and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, be creative and good at brainstorming.
