Partnership Manager

**About the role**:
**Your responsibilities**:
- Identify and target Point of Sale vendors in Asia interested in integrating with Click Invoicing.
- Establish and nurture relationships with POS vendors, acting as the primary point of contact for partnership discussions.
- Position the POS vendors as resellers of Click Invoicing and negotiate favorable commission structures.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partners and assess market trends and competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and onboarding processes for new partners.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
- Travel within Asia to meet with potential partners, build relationships, and explore business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on partnership activities, progress, and results to the management team.
- Leverage industry knowledge and experience to identify and pursue partnership opportunities in the supermarket and fuel retail sectors.
- Utilize existing network and explore partnerships with companies specializing in wholesale POS equipment or manufacturers like NCR, IBM, HP, etc.
- Support the development and management of a reseller channel for Click Invoicing, leveraging prior experience in the IT sector.
- Effectively communicate and present Click Invoicing's value proposition to technical staff, senior managers, and business owners.
**Get this opportunity if you have**:
- Around 10 years of experience working with Point of Sale systems, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of the POS industry landscape in Asia, with specific knowledge of the Philippines and Vietnam markets.
- Experience in the supermarket or fuel retail sectors would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with wholesale POS equipment or previous employment at manufacturers like NCR, IBM, HP, etc., is a plus.
- Proven track record in establishing and managing successful partnerships, including reseller channels.
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in a relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling pitches to potential partners.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of partnership initiatives.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Asia to meet partners and explore business opportunities.

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:
- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
