  • Responsible for identifying, onboarding, and developing partners (such as associations, art/ event organization, NGOs, (A&C/ Ent) journalist, publisher, creator, MCN, and other key content generator) to drive the growth of key content categories and increase the community
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities on media, social publishers, lifestyle and leisure, travel businesses and work closely with XFN teams to make them happen
  • Manage relationships with new and existing Partners and help them to get involved in our products and convey the unique product value to them.
  • Convert the relationship to Content/ Product (may related to reward/ loyalty program )
  • Analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to Partners.
  • Provide day to day operational support to Partners.
  • Prepare detailed notes from the research for every Partner lead.
  • Deliver datadriven insights based on indepth analysis of competitive threats, expansion opportunities, and internal performance, ensure the successful execution of strategic plan;
  • Independently responsible for a mediumsized group of content partners, develop strategies for growing and retaining partners and fostering strong relationships with them
  • Track, analyze and optimize the performance of community development efforts including but not limited to community size, active rate, content quality, product adoption, content views and audience growth
  • Other duties as assigned

  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing, or related field; At least 3+ years experience in the content partnership/ partnership/ reward program related industry; Familiar with content creation industry and have good connections with publishers, associations, art organization, KOL, journalist, MCN plus.
  • Project management and organizational skills a must
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media
  • Able to make practical suggestions and decisions;
