**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will support headquarter in creating world-class products that are acknowledged as leading in function, fit and quality. Under the mentorship & partnership of the TD Manager, you develop products from design concept to the confirmation of delivery with our vendors. The focus is Best Product with Best Cost delivered at the right time.
- Accountable for prototype management, maintaining data integrity in Flex PLM, BOM (bill-of-materials) updates and colourway creation
- Organize daily workflow that adheres to GTM (go-to-market) calendars
- Create tech packs in Flex PLM to communicate requirements for design, fit, cost and construction
- Measure and evaluate development samples before the fit session (Proto/SR/Pre-Production samples) based on Tech Pack
- Ensure construction and fit consistency across product classes according to established brand guidelines
- Spec and analyze garments to determine compliance of measurements, workmanship, construction direction, and maintain fit intent
- Communicate the outcome of fittings and actions needed with cross-functional and vendor partners
- Build vendor & cross-functional relationships through effective online correspondence, in-person meetings and video calls
- Work closely with the Vancouver TD team to advance technical knowledge of our brand's construction and fit standards
- Manage vendor onboarding, sample tracking and KPI monitoring and vendor development capabilities assessment
- Conduct quality risk assessment, including product quality development testing, seam construction risk assessment and call out HAS (high attention style) if needed etc.
- Connect with Global fit for E-pattern approval once the size run sample is ready
- Comprehend sample making process from the development stage and build in manufacturing excellent concept with finished goods vendors from sample development stage for better efficiency, IMU and quality together
- Respond to local multi-source and dual source development with vendors and ensure fit and quality consistency with dual source style
- Establish construction standards/manufacturing guidelines

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Your ideal background: Bachelor's degree in Technical Design, Pattern-making or related disciplines and 5+ years of experience in related functions with intimates products
- You are proficient in Flex PLM or similar PLM software, MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook), Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
- You are familiar with Gerber Pattern Making and/or 3D software (CLO, Browzwear)
- You know both knit & woven fabrics, garment construction engineering, grading, GSD, SMV, consumption calculation and bonding capability
- You are experienced in technical communication with vendors via pattern diagrams & fit photos and strong applied comprehension of end-to-end product life cycle
- You are self-motivated, have a strong sense of urgency and a collaborative mindset
- You are curious about changes & learning. You are capable of managing ambiguity, multiple tasks & competing priorities and enjoy thriving in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
