About the Role

Location: Hochiminh City

Report to: Manager, Agency Events, Trips & Promotions

Function: Agency Distribution | Department: Agency Channel Brand and Marketing

Role: Individual Contributor

Position Objective:

- Deliver creative solutions to serve sales enabler marketing activity and branding request.
- Implement and control trips/events for Agency (PA, GA, Alpha) to deliver the high & professional services to empower agency force for and successful production performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead & implement nationwide Trips/Events/Campaigns for Agency efficiently and creatively.
- Develop creative seed ideas for experiences based on the Agency brand strategy, messaging, program objectives
- Plan & implement various events, trips, conferences by online & offline
- Cooperate with Corporate Services & vendors on logistics to ensure trips/events organized successfully, high qualification and within the budget
- Collaborate with brand, communication & technical teams to build & deliver the highest qualify experiences and communication plan as well
- Write conceptual content, drive presentation development & present to Manager/HOD
- Be a student of our target audience, of trends, competitors and culture. Listen, learn & mine insights that advise the brand into outstanding places
- Function as a thought leader with significant knowledge of all aspects on experiential marketing including groundbreaking techniques to engage and excite the Agents.
- Liaise with other internal & external skate holders to promote trips/events and sale campaigns optimally within budgets

2. Run & complete quarterly or annually campaigns/ Projects including series of sales activities and promotions to achieve results/ campaign targets, examples: upsell project, lead generation campaigns, MDRT activation, Rookies trips

3. Other projects as requested and backed-up for Manager if vital
- Other activities support in GA, PA, Alpha if any requested
