**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:
**1. Phát triển kinh doanh (Business Development)**
- Tìm kiếm và khai thác các cơ hội kinh doanh mới thông qua nghiên cứu thị trường, networking và các hoạt động phát triển kinh doanh.
- Có kỹ năng Sales

**2. Chăm sóc khách hàng (Client Service)**
- Đóng vai trò là đầu mối liên hệ chính với các khách hàng trong dự án.
- Thiết lập và quản lý quy trình chăm sóc khách hàng
- Thiết lập các mối quan hệ, đáp ứng yêu cầu của khách hàng và tạo các cơ hội mới để thu hút và phát triển.

**3. Quản lý dự án (Project Management)**
- Quản lý nhiều dự án, chiến dịch và đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng công việc.
- Làm việc với khách hàng, đội nhóm và đối tác một cách hiệu quả để đảm bảo công việc được thực hiện kịp thời và phù hợp với định hướng chiến lược nhằm mang lại dự án, lợi nhuận tốt và sự hài lòng của khách hàng.
- Quản lý quy trình báo giá, hồ sơ đấu thầu (pitching) và các chứng từ liên quan.
- Báo cáo chung hàng tuần về tiến độ và kết quả dự án và tình hình hoạt động của Team.
- Huấn luyện kỹ năng cần thiết cho các bạn trong Team nhằm đảm bảo hiệu quả và chất lượng của dự án.
- Phân công công việc và theo dõi tiến độ.

**YÊU CẦU**:

- Có từ 2,5 năm kinh nghiệm với vị trí tương đương, có thể nhận việc ngay.
- Có kinh nghiệm và đạt kết quả nhất định qua những hoạt động phát triển kinh doanh và dự án trước đó.
- Có khả năng truyền đạt, làm việc đội nhóm
- Có khả năng làm việc linh hoạt giữa team Creative và client.
- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt và cởi mở và chuyên nghiệp.
- Có tư duy tốt về dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng.
- Yêu thích công việc quản lý dự án sáng tạo và có hứng thú với những dự án mà THING TO DO đã triển khai.
- Chủ động, linh hoạt và có trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
- Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu, giao tiếp tốt.
- Có kiến thức và niềm yêu thích đối với mảng Marketing, Branding, Creative/graphic là một lợi thế.
