This position will be plan, co-ordinate and build up Reward points system with Incentive manager to motivate Agents and meet organizational objectives.
- Vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm trong việc cùng với quản lý “bộ phận thi đua dành cho kênh đại lý” lập kế hoạch, phối hợp và xây dựng “hệ thống điểm thưởng” để thúc đẩy đội ngũ Tư vấn viên và đáp ứng các mục tiêu tăng trưởng của công ty._

Job Responsibilities
_/ Phạm vi công việc_- Design and implement the incentive plan on the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis for agents, leaders, GA directors, including the ad-hoc contests, sales campaign, marketing budget used contests, trip contests,to ensure the sales force to be properly incentivized and motivated.- Coordinate with other stakeholders (Agency Communication team, Management Information System team, Marketing,...) to initiate, manage and deliver the communication program to maximize the impact of sales incentive program/activities.- Manage the recognition part of the business for top performing agents, leaders and GA directors to drive the team morale and motivation within the team- Track the efficiency of Agency sales activities to ensure the cost effectiveness and propose the more effective practice to aim for cost cut.- Process Agency Incentive appeal cases (if any)- To be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any)

Job Accountability /

Minimize damages from errors/mistakes and prevent crisis.
- Tối thiểu hóa các thiệt hại từ các lỗi/sai sót và ngăn ngừa các khủng hoảng_

Ensure timely delivery of products and services to Agents as committed. Identify and resolve operational and services related issues to ensure Agents’ satisfaction. Assess risks at the Agents’ level to develop and execute “risk & contingency management” plans as needed.
- Đảm bảo rằng các sản phẩm và dịch vụ được chuyển tới Tư vấn viên đúng hạn như đã cam kết. Xác định và giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến vận hành và dịch vụ để đảm bảo được sự hài lòng của Tư vấn viên. Tiếp cận các rủi ro ở cấp độ khách hàng để phát triển và thực hiện các kế hoạch quản trị rủi ro nếu cần thiết._

**Qualifications**:
_/ Bằng cấp_- University degree
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên_

_/ Kiến thức và kỹ năng_- Understand Life Insurance market is an advantage;
- Có sự hiểu biết về thị trường Bảo hiểm nhân thọ là một lợi thế_- Have proglem solving skilll, be innovative and proactive with “agile” mindset
- Có kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, tinh thần sáng tạo, chủ động trong công việc với suy nghĩ theo phong cách“agile”_- Data analysis skill and ability to use wide range of analyis tool (excel, power bi, )

Có kỹ năng phân tích số liệu và sử dụng nhiều công cụ phân tích như excel, power bi,- Frequent in English

Khả năng sử dụng Tiếng Anh thành thạo- Need to have an ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
