**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Thực hiện các chương trình, kế hoạch kiểm tra tuân thủ đã đề ra và báo cáo về mức độ đánh giá tuân thủ, các rủi ro gây ra do việc không tuân thủ pháp luật và quy định nội bộ trong hoạt động nghiệp vụ và quản lý.
- Execute established compliance checking programs, plans and report on compliance level assessment, risks caused by not complying with laws and internal regulations on operational, managerial activities._
- Trực tiếp kiểm tra, đánh giá các sự kiện tuân thủ, xác định vi phạm tuân thủ, đề xuất biện pháp xử lý và khắc phục, hạn chế tác động của vi phạm tuân thủ.
- Direct examine, assess compliance events, define violations of compliance, and propose handling measurements to overcome, limit influence of compliance violations. _
- Thực hiện kiểm tra đột xuất hoạt động tại các đơn vị khi nhận thấy có dấu hiệu vi phạm tuân thủ bất thường.
- Unscheduled examine operational activities of units in case of finding abnormal sign of compliance violations._
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được phân công bởi Trưởng Nhóm Kiểm Tra Tuân Thủ
- Undertake other_ tasks as assigned by _Compliance Checking Team Leader_

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc cao hơn chuyên ngành Luật hoặc Tài chính - Ngân hàng
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in_ in_ Laws_ or_ Finance - Banking_
- Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kiểm soát tuân thủ, ưu tiên làm việc cho ngân hàng hoặc các tổ chức tài chính khác
- At least 02 years’ experience in compliance control position, preferably working for banks or other finance institutions _
- Hiểu rõ các hoạt động ngân hàng
- In-depth knowledge_ of banking processes_
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp (nói và viết) tốt
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill _
- Kỹ năng phân tích và phản biện
- Analytical & _skeptical_ skills_
- Kỹ năng quản lý thời gianKỹ năng quản lý thời gian
- Time management skill _
- Thành thạo MS OfficeThành thạo MS Office
- Proficient in Microsoft Office_
- Sử dụng thành thạo Tiếng Anh và Tiếng Việt
