Position: Compliance Specialist

Team: Legal

Report to : Head of Legal, Compliance and Corporate Affairs

JOB SUMMARY:
This position is to ensure that the company operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and policies and that it maintains a strong culture of compliance across all areas of the business

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Compliance
- Ensure that the Company follows relevant laws, regulations, and business rules
- Coordinate as needed with PRVN functions such as Finance and Logistics, Marketing, Sales to make support their operations compliance and adherence to Internal Control Principles established by PR Group
- Check technical compliance of PRVN products (e.g. additives, food safety etc)
- Identify (in support with other business functions) and investigate any potential breach of compliance)
- Assist line manager in establishing and implementing a compliance review system to ensure business activities are aligned with local laws and regulations Compliance

2. Audit & Improvement
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the company is meeting all its compliance obligations, identifying any potential areas of risk, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance-related activities, including audits, training, and any incidents or violations that occur
- Investigate any compliance incidents or violations that occur, identify the root cause, and implement corrective action to prevent reoccurrence.

3. Training and support:

- Provide training and support to employees on compliance-related matters, including training on relevant laws and regulations, company policies and procedures, and best practices.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Legal or related field
- Previous experience working in a compliance role
- Minimum 05 years of experience in legal/compliance work
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese (both mandatory);
- Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Words, PowerPoint).

2. Functional & Leadership Competencies
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment;
- Experience with WTO or international law;
- Identifies with the values of Pernod Ricard;
- Previous experience working in governmental organizations.
- High work standard and integrity;
- Ability to manage own time judiciously and deal effectively with the competing interests of several different individuals/departments;
- Good technical drafting ability, accuracy and ability to think strategically.
- IT skills for research, internal communication and presentations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
