We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior IT Compliance Specialist SOX 404** to lead our IT compliance efforts and ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements related to IT controls and systems. The Senior SOX 404 IT Compliance Specialist will be responsible for assessing IT risks, designing and implementing control procedures, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires extensive knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and control frameworks, as well as strong communication and leadership skills. Key

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive SOX 404 IT compliance program, focusing on internal controls over IT systems and processes.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify IT risks that could impact financial reporting and develop strategies to mitigate those risks effectively.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify key IT controls and document control objectives, activities, and testing procedures.
- Design and implement control procedures to address identified IT risks, ensuring alignment with SOX 404 requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate and oversee SOX 404 IT testing activities, including control testing, documentation review, and remediation tracking, in collaboration with internal audit and external auditors.
- Monitor and assess changes in IT regulations, emerging technologies, and industry trends to ensure the SOX 404 IT compliance program remains up-to-date and effective.
- Provide guidance and training to IT and business teams on SOX 404 IT compliance requirements, control objectives, and testing methodologies.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on the status of SOX 404 IT compliance activities, including control deficiencies, remediation efforts, and audit findings, to senior management and the audit committee.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, or IT risk management roles, with a strong understanding of IT controls and SOX 404 compliance requirements.
- Thorough knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL), control frameworks (e.g., COSO), and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, PCI DSS).
- Experience leading SOX 404 IT compliance efforts, including scoping, planning, testing, and remediation activities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to assess complex IT systems and identify control deficiencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in IT auditing tools and technologies, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
