**Description**
- Communicate compliance programs, policies and procedures to suppliers and factories to ensure the proper understanding on the audit requirement
- Communicate with supplier or factories to collecting information for proposed audit
- Arrange audits with 3rd party audit partner or internal audit team, assign appropriate resources and man day as to achieve an effective audit
- Review audit report or shared third-party reports and provide recommendation to team leader.
- Identify critical or high-risk issue with detailed recap with evidence to team leader in a timely manner.
- Escalate identified critical issues to team leaders with recommendation for high-risk factories
- Monitor and ensure the number of internal and external audits meeting target audit coverage.
- Identify high risk factories for Focused audits, third-party follow-up audit or CAP follow up audit.
- Manage CAPs status especially in non-Asia regions, and propose 3rd party follow up audits
- Follow up improvement projects with suppliers and factories and propose follow up audits.
- Arrange third-party Labor standards audit with special focus at factories with foreign migrant workers to ensure no forced labor, and support to provide quarterly update to management.
- Schedule assigned audit visit and ad hoc activity, communicate plan with team leader and related auditors
- Ensure submission of all audit reports in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
- Review monthly invoicing & cost for third-party audit
- Prepare regular reporting and support to provide update and audit summary to management.
- Provide administrative support to events or training programs
- Perform compliance related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Diploma /Degree in Business Administration or Manufacturing related discipline
- 5 - 8 years’ relevant experience in compliance field in têxtile industry
- Knowledge of Code of Conduct and compliance requirements
- Compliance audit knowledge and experience
- Ability to attend to details with tenacity and persistency as to probe and identify issues
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skill
- Work independently, be proactive and a self-starter
- Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment. Willing to travel

Good command of both written and spoken English and Vietnamese. Having knowledge of 3rd languages, e.g. Chinese, Korean, etc. would be an advantage.
