***: The Health Care Compliance Specialist manages Healthcare Compliance programs locally under the supervision of the Healthcare Compliance Officer of Johnson &Johnson Vietnam (J&J Vietnam)cross business sectors to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with related J&J internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti-corruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Serves as a strategic partner for management and coach towards all covered employees, to assure that the company culture of compliance is a natural element in day to day business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
The Senior Health Care Compliance Specialist will work with the Health Care Compliance (HCC) team on various support activities which may include but not limited to the followings:

  • Partner with business and serve as the first line of communication to the business of reviewing local requests and documentation.
  • Support in HCC review & approval.
  • Carry our daytoday task such as data collection, analysis and reporting
  • Support new procedure implementation. Implement business specific policies and SOPs and customize global/regional policies and procedures and education & training materials to reflect local requirements.
  • Support in development and execute processes to effectively drive HCC Compliance and improvement in line with changing business needs and the regulatory environment.
  • Support the implementation and execution of HCC Monitoring and selfassessment program
  • Support in implementation of the due diligence process of Thirdparty Intermediaries.
  • Assist in coordinating preparations for Corporate Internal Audit, Testing.
  • Assist in the implementation and followup on the management action plan as assigned by the HCCO.
  • Collect and provide metrics to the HCCO and Operations group as assigned.
  • Ability to make things happen through managing a broad set of Credo based values. Understand the J&J Credo bases culture
  • Other duty /project may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • University graduation
  • At least 3 or more years' experience in Compliance, Audit, Law, Finance Compliance, preferably in healthcare industries


 Strong Computer skill
  • Ms. excel, word, ppt, data management
  • Fluent in Vietnamese & English (reading, writing, verbal) additional language skills advantageous
  • Good knowledge of the Healthcare compliance, FCPA, related local laws & regulations and Industry Code.
  • Require strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a detailed manner
  • Deals well with ambiguity, proactive and quick learner, strong team spirit
  • Ability to manage conflicts in a open and constructive manner
  • High level of integrity and ethical values
