**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Xây dựng chiến lược nội dung tổng thể, phân bổ các kế hoạch nội dung theo tuần/tháng/quý cho các hoạt động Always-on và cho các chiến dịch truyền thông, các chương trình marketing/communications/PR,
- Develop an overall content strategy, allocating weekly/monthly/quarterly content plans for Always-on activities and for social media campaigns, marketing/communications/PR programs, etc._
- Xây dựng kịch bản, nội dung sản xuất các clip truyền thông trên các kênh Social Media: Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook reels,theo kế hoạch Always-on và cho các campaign Ad-hoc
- Building scripts, producing media clips on Social Media channels: Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook reels,... according to the Always-on plan and for Ad-hoc campaigns_
- Phối hợp với đội ngũ sản xuất để tạo ra các ấn phẩm chất lượng về hình ảnh, video, infographic, animation clip, creative concept,...
- Collaborate with related team to create quality publication materials on images, videos, infographics, animation clips, creative concepts,..._
- Phối hợp với bộ phận khác có liên quan để tiến hành và duy trì công tác quảng bá thương hiệu thông qua nội dung trên các ấn phẩm, nhằm tạo ra sự đồng nhất và ấn tượng cho thương hiệu FE CREDIT, đồng thời nâng cao nhận diện thương hiệu trên tất cả các kênh truyền thông.
- Coordinate with other relevant departments to conduct and maintain brand promotions through content on publications, to make sure the uniformity and impression for FE CREDIT brand, and at the same time enhance a high brand awareness on all communication channels._
- Làm việc với các agency, supplier để lên nội dung, ý tưởng và kịch bản chi tiết cho các corporate film, viral video, brand TVC, bài PR, đồng thời tổ chức sản xuất, giám sát chất lượng hình ảnh nội dung và nghiệm thu sản phẩm cuối cùng trước khi xuất bản thành sản phẩm quảng bá rộng rãi.
- Work with agencies, suppliers to create detailed content, ideas and scenarios for corporate films, viral videos, brand TVCs, PR articles, etc., at the same time organize production and monitor the quality of content images and acceptance of the final product before publishing it into a widely advertised product._
- Tìm hiểu, nghiên cứu nhu cầu và xu hướng của khách hàng và cộng đồng mạng để phát triển chủ đề, nội dung mới phù hợp với xu thế thị trường và nhu cầu tiêu dùng nhưng vẫn đảm bảo sự đồng nhất cho thương hiệu của công ty.
- Survey and research the needs and trends of customers and the online community to develop new topics and content in line with market trends and consumer needs while ensuring brand consistency of company._

- Tốt nghiệp đại học - chuyên ngành Marketing / Báo chí / Văn hóa/ Ngôn ngữ học hoặc các chuyên ngành khác có liên quan
- _University Graduate - major:_ _Marketing / Journalism / Culture / Linguistics or other related majors_
- Có kỹ năng viết tốt về các nội dung quảng bá, bài PR, SEO/Adwords, có định hướng và tổng hợp thông tin tốt từ các kênh truyền thông.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong dịch vụ tài chính ngân hàng là một lợi thế
- _Having good writing skills on promotional content, PR articles, SEO/Adwords, and have a good orientation as well as synthesizing information from media channels._
- _Demonstrate experience in banking and financial service is a plus_
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp rõ ràng, cả bằng văn bản và bằng lời nói
- Yêu cầu về ngôn ngữ: Tiếng Anh - thông thạo - nói và viết
- Sử dụng tốt MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
- _Clear communication skill, both written and verbal_
- _Language requirements: English - fluent - spoken and written_
