**What you will do**:

- Gather and lead business requirement development which relates to Business Application, in order to conduct initial requirement, screening for further processes on solution development.
- Work cross-functionally with business, product, program, UI/UX designers, operation, IT, solutions which meet the business requirements.
- Research to understand customers’ requirements and build a best-in-class product and platform.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product according to business value.
- Ensure new initiative product/ feature/ service compliance to internal, local and regional regulatory/ compliance requirements.
- Address appropriate procedures to ensure compliance with applicable product rules, customer information security and system requirements.

**What you should have**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in product development. Experience with mobile product development is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Achieving results confidently in a multitasking environment.
- Ability to find non-standard solutions.
- Ability to present proposals and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of system analysis methodologies.
- Knowledge of agile processes and principles.
- Fluent with English. Russian communication would be a big plus.
