Job Overview

As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

The estimated salary for this role is SGD 5,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding of new hires.
  • Payroll Support: Verify calculations of salaries and ensure timely payments to employees.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Assist with tax preparations and submissions, as well as prepare HR reports and analytics as required by management.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters, such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws: Sound knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Accounting Background: Advantageous to have an accounting background.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
