Support team of passionate and highly skilled staff members who are always available
24/7 for inquiries. Our company has been growing its staff in order to better serve clients in the future and to accommodate their ongoing demands and preferences.
**Responsibilities**
Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial, positive & trusting relationships with clients’ contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Contact Clients, uncover their needs, and deliver the best solutions that help customers solve their marketing needs
Handling complaints and negotiations.
Timely management of large amounts of inbound and outbound calls regarding marketing services
Provide solutions and/or alternatives based on customers' needs, clarifies information, and research each issue
Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
A College's or Bachelor's Degree
**Basic English communication skills**
**Available for night shifts**
Ability to understand client needs and facilitate the negotiation process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, results-driven, trustworthy, and willing to go the extra mile.
Proficiency in computer skills.
