- This role is an onsite opportunity. _
**As a Customer Support you will**:
- _Resolve technical issue/errors related to company’s web services._
- _Train customers to use their web account._
- _Work with EDI mapping in upgrading EDI maps._
- _Track support inquires through the support CRM ensuring the customer issue is resolved._
- _Follow-up on unacknowledged transactions_
- _Set-up and maintain EDI trading partner relationships as needed._
- _Any other duties as assigned by supervisor._
***Requirements for Success**:
- **_Strong communication skills both written and verbal English; Ability to communicate thoughts and information clearly and concisely._**:
- _Experience in Customer Service, Technical Support or related field preferred_
- _Must be customer-service oriented; Actively look for ways to help people._
- _Active Listener be able to give full attention to what is being said, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate and not interrupt at inappropriate times._
- _Must have a strong attention to detail; Careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks._
- _Efficient able to handle and resolve client issues quickly and accurately._
- _Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment._
- **_Working Time: 40 hours/Week_**. **_Working at least 03 days/week at the nightshift (9:00 PM - 6AM) and 2 days in flexible shifts. _**:
- _Willingly to work at weekends_
