- Conduct thorough research and utilize resources to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues when necessary.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Stay updated on product features, enhancements, and industry trends to provide informed customer support.

- Strong technical learning abilities with a demonstrated aptitude for understanding and
- Previous experience in eCommerce is highly desirable.
- Ability to provide phone support and conduct Zoom calls with customers.
- Independent and dependable work ethic with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical customers.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
