Technical and Sales Specialist, Ca, South Area

**Technical and Sales Specialist, Companion Animal**: the main purpose of the role is to assist in the creation and roll out of strategies related to Companion Animal technical sales and the provision of technical services to key customers.
**Tasks & responsibilities**:
1. Actively engage distributors, building relationships and providing training for Viphavet sales team on product and relevant technical knowledge: highly support the distributor on Product and Technical Knowledge.
2. Establish, develop and maintain relationship with Key Account (KA) customers (Dealer, Vet Clinic and Pet shop) in assigned territory: high quality relationship with customer.
3. Technical sales conduct and marketing support for customers visit: meet the program to adapt what customer need or want.
4. Build customer database and customer knowledge to segment customers and focus on KA: identify KA and highly focus on KAM.
5. Report goals, sales activities, market information and customer data in a regular and timely: maximize the value of customer as offer the best products as well as technical service.
6. Monitors and analyses current industry trends and competitor activity: update the market to ensure that BIAH Companion devision is a superior player in the market
**Requirements**:
**Minimum Education/Degree Requirements**:Bachelor of Veterinarian.
**Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, Competencies)**:
- Excellent communication, convincing and presentation skills. English is a must
- Veterinarian (having experienced in Pet industry is advantage)
- Highly professional and ethical, willing to learn and improve
- Problem solving
