Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in HCM and South Region of Vietnam. To direct a sales and after sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company’s vision and values in the designated areas of Vietnam. Assist the Sales Director VN and Marketing Team to establish sales and marketing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the sales channels and contributes to the development of increasing brand equity and the market share in the designated areas of Vietnam.

1: To build and lead a team of professionals to manage the Vietnam Sales Operation in the designated areas of Vietnam

2: Together with the Sales Director VN and other Area Sales Managers, develop business plan and sales strategy for the designated areas of Vietnam that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability as a whole.

3: Manage and develop the existing sales channels, both retail and project channels, to better cater the needs of the designated areas of Vietnam market. Responsible for the performance and development of the sales channels within these designated areas4: Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate the designated areas of Vietnam market.

5: Assist the Sales Director VN to manage product/service mix, pricing and margin according to agreed aims and to operate, develop and implement all marketing plans within the designated areas in Vietnam

6: Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance, market and competitors’ activities and information etc.

7: Responsible for preparing and submitting all forecasting and budgeting reports of the sales performance of the designated areas of Vietnam as require by the company.

8: Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures they are communicated and implemented within the team.
**Basic Requirements**

**Education**:Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering or equivalent

**Seniority** At least 5 years in Sales managementPrevious Experiences
- Experience with managing Modern Trade & Traditional Trade in retail segment and all key stake holders in project segment of water heating equipment, water purification or any other plumbing, sanitary and space cooling or heating equipment. E-commerce management skill and knowhow will be added advantage.
- Have extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of customer and
channel relationship management.
- Strong understanding of customer, channel and market dynamics and
requirements with strong business acumen.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. =
- An independent team player.

**Salary**: 60,000,000₫ - 90,000,000₫ per month
