Manager Sales - Mekong area is responsible for:
1. Market research.

2. Establish selling price.

3. Setting up sales strategies, plans and policies.

4. Developing distribution system.

5. Calculation of programs & budgets after sales.

of all product lines in the area under management.

Description:
1. Market research, report and update the market situation of related projects:

- Updating prices of competitors' products.
- Capturing market prices and proposing sale policies for future projects
- Prepare reporting, market research as needed

2. Proposing and implementing detailed price list, make price strategy reports for all product lines under managed areas:

- Build selling prices for all product lines (Ehome, Flora, Valora..)
- Review detail price at least 1 month before launching date.

3. Building sales policies, sales plans and allocate products in each sales duration:

- Proposing suitable sales policies in each opening sales.
- Proposing the strategic of selling for each subdivision of the project in the sale duration.

4. Developing distribution systems:

- Developing distribution system in Mekong area
- Training programs to be completed at least 1 month before the sales launching.
- Regularly evaluate current distribution system, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflicts to ensure alignment with sales plan

5. Calculating Programs & Budgets for after sales, recommending allocations to related departments:

- Responsible for calculating actual costs used in sales duration.
- Making sales reports for joint venture companies as well as for the corporation.
- Based on issued policies, guiding related departments to claim operating costs
- Update the budget for projects at the end of each month.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Background / Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree or upper of finance/ economic major
- 10 years experiences in real estate industry
- Good at English (other language is prefered)
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA, Power BI

Specific job skills:

- Proficient in real estate industry
- Knowledge of real estate law
- Good relationship in real estate industry & sales agencies
- Analysis and reporting
- Ability to read and understand planning drawings

Work Location:
HCM, Project in Long An (according to job needs)
