**A - Job Summary**

We are seeking a System Engineer/Security Specialist to be responsible for protecting our school’s computer systems and networks from cyber threats. The System Engineer/Security Specialist will be responsible for the installation, monitoring, maintenance, and support of the school’s security measures, in addition to providing technical guidance and direction to the IT team.

**B - Essential duties and responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and maintain security measures to protect our school’s computer systems and networks from cyber threats.
- Monitor and maintain the school’s security systems such as Tenable and Nessus.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and networks.
- Configure and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Manage user accounts and ensure that users have proper access to the systems and networks.
- Ensure the security of the school’s computer systems and networks.
- Monitor, maintain, and configure virtualized environments using Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and software upgrades.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of the security systems and networks.
- Respond to user inquiries and requests for technical support.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to the IT team.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with computer systems and networks.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and a good working knowledge of Tenable.
- Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency in scripting in both Linux and Windows.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
