**_ The Opportunity:_**

In this role, you will report to the Security Manager and be responsible for the design, installation, analysis, troubleshooting, and maintenance of information technology security infrastructure. Apart from this, you will provide cyber threat indication warnings and trends and perform assessments of malicious or suspicious activities to determine potential security risks.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain SIEM and monitor log to ensure system availability to all system users and
- Perform security assessment and configuration, IT security event monitoring, and IT security incident management.
- Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to deploying, implementing, and supporting a variety of security solutions.
- Perform routine cyber-security monitoring tasks for Sendo; provide first response to security alerts performing analysis and if possible, a resolution. Escalate to team members as needed.
- Perform control and vulnerability assessments to identify control weaknesses and assess the effectiveness of existing controls, and recommend remedial action. Research and assess new threats and security alerts and recommend remedial actions.
- Conduct Security Awareness
- Product Risk Assessment
- Maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for system administration and appropriate use.
- Maintain logs and records associated with reported problems or situations.
