- **Kinh nghiệm**:

- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm tư vấn kỹ thuật hoặc triển khai dự án trong lĩnh vực mạng và bảo mật: Routing, Switching, Load balance, Firewall, Anti DDos, SIEM, Endpoint, Network Monitoring, SOC.
- Là nhân viên kỹ thuật có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm: An ninh mạng, Bảo mật hệ thống, Pentest, Chuyên viên phân tích mối đe dọa.
- **Kiến thức**:

- Kiến thức nền tảng về CNTT và an ninh mạng.
- Có kiến thức về các lỗ hổng phần mềm, các cuộc tấn công mạng.
- Có kiến thức về các kiến trúc và mô hình hệ điều hành.
- Hiểu các khuôn khổ và tiêu chuẩn bảo mật phổ biến: ISO 27001, PCI DSS, OWASP.
- Am hiểu luật an ninh mạng, luật thông tin và truyền thông.
- Có chứng chỉ chuyên nghiệp về bảo mật CNTT (CEH, CISSP, CISA, CISM,...) là một lợi thế.
- **Kỹ năng**:

- Am hiểu các giải pháp công nghệ, giải pháp an toàn thông tin ở mức độ cơ bản.
- Có khả năng phân tích và đưa ra các khuyến nghị thiết kế cho các giải pháp bảo mật của hệ thống nhỏ (dưới 200 endpoint).
- Nắm bắt xu hướng an ninh mạng trên thế giới để hỗ trợ cấp trên tìm hiểu công nghệ và phân tích thị trường.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình tốt.
