We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Support to join our team. As a Customer Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution.
- Consult best practices and work-around if the current product does not meet customers' requirements.
- Coordinate with other teams to convert leads into customers.
- Coordinate with the development team to understand customers’ issues and get them solved
- Provide feedback to the development and production teams to address customers’ issues or suggestions.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through quick support, open, and interactive communication to reach a high rate of customer’ renewal.
- Demonstrate products to customers and follow up with their requests.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Having professional work experience in Customer Service, IT or Technical Product Support is an advantage.
- Having UI/UX design knowledge is a plus.
- Having the ability to “read” customers and a drive to deliver great service and support to customers.
- Strong interpersonal and independent working skills as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
